Here's everything you need to know to get started.
Each project is a facesheet — Create one with + New Project in the sidebar. Rename or delete projects by right-clicking them in the sidebar. To save backend space, you can only have 10 projects at a time.
Type a name in the input bar and press Enter or click Add. Marquee will automatically search Wikipedia for a photo. Add role, organization, and notes directly on each card.
Click any card to edit it. You can upload a photo from your computer, paste an image URL, or let Marquee pull one from Wikipedia automatically.
Click Crop on any card with a photo. Drag the image to reposition it, scroll or use the slider to zoom, and drag the handles to adjust the crop area. The crop is always square to match the card layout.
Use the Import button in the toolbar to upload an .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file. Your file needs column headers: Name, Role, Organization, and optionally Notes. Wikipedia photos are fetched automatically.
Click Share in the toolbar to generate a link. Choose between view-only or edit access. Anyone with the link can open the project — no account required for view-only. Revoke access at any time from the Share panel.
Use the Export button to download your facesheet as a PDF or send it to your printer. You can choose whether to include notes. The export uses the current grid layout and column count.
You're using an early version of Marquee. Things may change, break, or improve — often all at once. We'd love your feedback — reach out through the app anytime.
Your file must be .xlsx, .xls, or .csv and the first row must include these exact column headers:
Name | Title | Organization
Wikipedia photos will be fetched automatically for each person.
⚠ Projects are limited to 100 people. Rows beyond that will be skipped.
Include internal notes in this output?
